Learn how to send a Check In message to notify others during a workout or run.
1.
From the apps panel, scroll to and tap Workout.
2.
Scroll to and tap the Play icon to start an exercise.
3.
Swipe left to right.
4.
Scroll up to Check In.
From this point follow on-screen prompts. Check In will send a message to selected contact that you are wanting to check in with.

You've completed the steps!
