Running an internet speed test is a common troubleshooting step to take to ensure you’re receiving the download and upload speeds that’s specified on your plan.

From the Services tab, tap Home internet.

Scroll to and tap Check your speed.
Once finished, tap Check your device speed to check your connected devices.
