You can change your password if you have forgotten your password or have another reason to change it. Using a strong password can help keep your account information safe. Using at least eight characters and adding capitalization and symbols can help strengthen your password.

From the Smart Home Manager app signin screen, tap Forgot password?.

Tap the User ID field and enter your account's User ID.
3.
Tap the Last name field and enter your last name.
4.
Tap Continue.
Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your password reset.

You've completed the steps!
