Some accounts that you have on your device will allow you to sync contacts from the email address to your device.

From the Home screen, swipe to Contacts.

Tap Contacts.
3.
Drag down the Settings menu.
4.
Tap Settings.
5.
Scroll to Show Account in Contact List.
6.
Select which accounts to sync.
