Some accounts that you have on your device will allow you to sync contacts from the email address to your device.

From the Home screen, tap Contacts.

Tap the Menu icon.
3.
Tap Manage contacts.
4.
Tap Sync contacts.
5.
Switch the account you'd like to sync to ON.
6.
Tap SYNC.
