From the Home screen, swipe up to view Apps.

Tap TalkBack.
Tap Settings.
Select your preferences.
From this screen, you can adjust TalkBack settings including sound volume, spoken passwords, and more.
Tap the Back icon to go back.
Tap or slide the Use service switch to ON.
Tap ALLOW.
Swipe from left to right until the Use service switch is selected.
Swiping left and right navigates between items read aloud. Using two fingers allows users to scroll.
Quickly tap the screen twice to activate the selected item.
Performing a double-tap activates the selected item.
Swipe from left to right until STOP is selected.
Quickly tap the screen twice to activate the selected item.
