From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps.

Scroll to Settings.

Tap Settings

Scroll to System.

Tap System.

Tap Languages & input.
7.
Tap Languages.
8.
Tap Add a language.
9.
Select the language you'd like to use.
10.
Drag the language you'd like to use to the top of the list.
