Reset Device

This article describes how to reset the device to its factory settings.

• Reset on management website
• Reset using the Reset button
 

Reset on the device

1. From the home screen, select Settings.

2. Select More.

3. Scroll to and select Factory Reset.

4. Select Reset Now.

5. Select Continue.

Reset on management website

1. From your device's web browser, go to http://attwifimanager or type 192.168.1.1 into the search bar. Enter your Username and Password, then click SIGN IN.

Note: Ensure that your device is connected to the Netgear Nighthawk's Wi-Fi network. For more information, please see the Connect Devices to Wi-Fi or Connect PC or Mac to Wi-Fi tutorials.

2. Click SETTINGS at the top of the screen.

3. Click Administration, then click Factory Reset. Click Reset

Reset using reset button

1. Remove the cover from the back of the device by using the notch on the top left or top right side of the device.

2. The RESET button is located towards the bottom of the device. Press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds with a paper clip or similar item to reset the device.
