Receive a second call (Call Waiting)

• To answer the second call and place the ongoing call on hold, press the Call key.
       
  
  
  
  
  
  
• To reject the second call and continue the ongoing call, press Ignore.
  
  

Swap parties using Call Waiting

• To switch between two calls, press Options then scroll to and select Swap.
       
  
  
  
  
• To join two calls, press Options then scroll to and select Join.
       
  
  
  
  
• To end an ongoing call and switch back to a party that is holding, press the End key.
  
  
  

Make a conference call (3-way calling)

1. Place or receive a call.
   
   
   
2. While the call is in progress, place a call to a second party.
   
   
1. To dial the number manually:
   
   
1. Press Options and select Hold.
   
   
   
2. Enter the desired phone number, then press the Call key.
   
   
   
2. To call a contact that is stored in the address book:
   
   
1. Press the Navigation key up or down to access the sidebar icons, then select the Contacts icon.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll to the desired contact, then press the Call key.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once the second party answers, press Options then scroll to and select Join.
        
   
   
   
   
4. To end the conference call, press the End key.
   
   
   

Switch to a private conversation during a 3-way call
NOTE: This allows a private conversation between the initiator and one participant, placing the other participant on hold.

1. Press Options.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to and select Split.
   
   
   
3. Scroll to and select the desired participant.
   NOTE: The unselected participant will be placed on hold.
