Check Dialing Restrictions for the Pantech Breeze II (P2000)

IMPORTANT: Enabling dialing restrictions can result in the inability to place or receive calls. It is recommended that such restrictions be disabled as outlined in the following instructions.

Verify fixed dialing is off

1. Set the phone to Advanced Mode.
   
   
2. From the standby screen, press Menu.
   
   
   
3. Scroll to and select Settings.
   
   
   
4. Scroll to and select Security.
   
   
   
5. Scroll to and select FDN.
   
   
   
6. Scroll to and select Off.
   
   
   
7. If prompted, enter the PIN2 code and then press OK.
   NOTE: The default PIN2 code is 2222.
   
   
   

Verify SMS/MMS blocking is disabled
The Pantech Breeze II (P2000) does not include a specific SMS/MMS blocking feature. However, general dialing restrictions (as detailed above) should be disabled since such restrictions can interfere with text and multimedia messaging.
