Access the Internet

  1. From the standby screen, press the center Navigation key.


  2. The att.net homepage will be displayed.


Exit the Browser

To exit the browser, press the End key and then press Exit to confirm.

If unable to access the Internet, perform the following troubleshooting steps

  1. Verify that the device shows signal strength.
  2. Verify that the device shows a wireless data attach.
  3. Verify that the browser settings are correct.
  4. Clear the device's cache.
  5. Clear the browser cookies.
  6. Turn the device off and back on.
  7. Attempt to access the Internet again.
  8. If unable to access a particular site, check to see if the site is supported by AT&T.
  9. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care.
