Create a Route using AT&T Navigator with the Pantech Breeze II (P2000)


Advisory

IMPORTANT: The only GPS product supported by AT&T is the AT&T Navigator solution outlined below. All other GPS products are supported by their respective vendors.

Instructions

Pantech Breeze II (P2000) Keypad Layout

Prerequisites

Create a route by address

  1. Place the device in Advanced Mode.

  2. From the standby screen, press Menu.


  3. Scroll to and select AT&T GPS.


  4. Select AT&T Navigator.


  5. After reading any warnings or disclaimers, press AGREE.


  6. With Drive To highlighted, press GO.


  7. Scroll to Address, then press GO.


  8. With Type It highlighted, press GO.


  9. Enter the destination address, then scroll to Done and press GO.


  10. The map displays and directions are read aloud through the handset's built-in speaker.


View the route summary

  1. To view a summary of the active route, press VIEW.


  2. Scroll to Route Summary, then press the center Navigation key.


  3. The route summary will be displayed.


If unable to create a route, troubleshoot accordingly

  1. Verify that the Pantech Breeze II (P2000) is located in the United States and that its GPS receiver has an unobstructed view of the sky.
  2. Verify that the service has a valid AT&T Navigator PIN by logging in at http://navpreplan.com/TNcom/. If the PIN is not accepted, reset it.
  3. Confirm that the device is able to access the Internet. If not, troubleshoot accordingly.
  4. Power the handset off and back on.
  5. Using the steps above, attempt to create another route.
  6. If problems persist, please contact Customer Care.
