Check Dialing Restrictions with the RIM BlackBerry Device using Handheld Software Version 6.x or 7.x

Verify fixed dialing is disabled

1. From the home screen, press the Send/Phone key.
2. Press the Menu key, and then scroll to and select Options.
    
     
3. Scroll to and select FDN Phone List.
      
     
4. Press the Menu key, and then select Disable FDN Mode.
      
     
5. "Enter PIN2 code" will be displayed. Enter the PIN2 code, and then press the Enter key.
   NOTE: The default PIN2 code is 2222.
      
      
6. A confirmation message will be displayed. 
      

Verify SMS/MMS blocking is disabled
