View Memory Usage and Uninstall Applications with the RIM BlackBerry Torch 9810


Instructions

  1. From the home screen, open the All tray, and then select .
  2. Select Device.
     
      
  3. Select Application Management.
     
       
  4. A listing of all installed applications will display. Select the desired option:
    NOTE: Selecting an application will display details about that application.
      
    • Delete an application:
      1. Scroll to and select the desired application, press the Menu key, and then select Delete.
      2. To confirm, select Delete again.  
    • View application storage size:
      • Swipe to Application Storage. Applications will be listed by their storage size. 
    • View amount of memory used by an application:
      • Swipe to Memory Now. Applications will be listed by their current memory use. 
    • View application CPU usage: 
      • Swipe to CPU Now. Applications will be listed by their current CPU usage. 
    • View application use for the day:
      • Swipe to Usage Today. Application usage will be displayed by the amount of time it was accessed that day.
