Perform a Master Reset for the AT&T Z331

AT&T Z331 Keypad Layout


Master Reset
NOTE: A "Master Reset" changes the phone's settings back to default. This process does not erase contacts or downloaded content (ringtones, games, graphics, etc.)

1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
   
   
   
2. Select Settings.
   
   
   
3. Select Phone.
   
   
   
4. Scroll to and select Master Reset.
   
   
   
5. Enter the Phone Lock Code, then select OK.
   NOTE: The Default Phone Lock Code is 0000.
   
   
   
6. Read the Warning displayed, then select Yes to continue.
   
   

Master Clear
NOTE: A "Master Clear" not only changes the phone's settings back to default, but also erases contacts and downloaded content (ringtones, games, graphics, etc.) This process cannot be undone.

1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
   
   
   
2. Select Settings.
   
   
   
3. Select Phone.
   
   
   
4. Scroll to and select Master Clear.
   
   
   
5. Enter the Phone Lock Code, then select OK.
   NOTE: The Default Phone Lock Code is 0000.
   
   
   
6. Read the Warning displayed, then select Yes to continue.
