Access the Internet with the AT&T Z331

Access the Internet 

1. From the standby screen, select Menu.
   
   
   
2. Select Mobile Web.
   
   
   
3. The homepage will be displayed.
   
   

Exit the Browser
Press the End key to exit, then select Yes to confirm exit.

 



If unable to access the Internet, perform the following troubleshooting steps

1. Verify that the device has signal strength.
2. Verify that the device shows a wireless data attach.
3. Verify that the browser settings are correct.
4. Clear the device cache.
5. Clear the browser cookies.
6. Turn the device off and back on.
7. Attempt to access the Internet again.
8. If unable to access a particular Website, check to see if the site is supported by AT&T.
