Connection Status Icons Active connections are displayed at the top of the home screen.
Signal Strength:
The signal strength can be determined by the number of highlighted bars displayed (the more bars, the stronger the signal)
Data Network:
Indicates that the devices is connected to AT&T's HSPA+ network. NOTE: 4G speeds delivered by HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul will be available in limited areas. Learn more at www.att.com/network
Wi-Fi:
Indicates that the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Indicates that Wi-Fi is on but the device is not connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Mobile Hotspot:
Indicates BlackBerry Mobile Hotspot is active on the device. NOTE: The number of Wi-Fi connections active on the device hot spot will be displayed at the top of the home screen.
Bluetooth:
Indicates that Bluetooth is active on the device.
Indicates that Bluetooth is paired with another device.
Near Field Communications:
