Sign in to a Windows Live or Hotmail Account with the HTC Windows Phone 8X (PM23300)

Advisory

A Windows Live account is required to access Xbox Games, LIVE, Xbox Music, Xbox Music Pass subscriptions, and the App Store. Adding a Windows Live account also allows you to synchronize your contacts over the air. Most Windows Live accounts use a Microsoft domain (@hotmail.com, @msn.com, or @live.com), but some users may have their Windows Live ID tied to an alternative email account. For additional information, please see the Windows Live ID and Windows Phone Overview.

The first Windows Live ID associated with this device may have its settings edited, but a master reset is required to change the email address or delete it. If a Microsoft Windows Live ID is needed, please register for a free account at http://accounts.live.com.
