  1. From the Start screen, tap .
    • First-time users will be prompted to select a recommended or custom installation of Internet Explorer. Tap the desired option to continue.
  2. The home page will be displayed. Tap the address field.
  3. As you begin typing, the browser will provide suggestions and the following options will be available:

  1. From Internet Explorer, tap , and then select Tabs.
  2. The browser tabs screen will be displayed. The following options and information are available:

Unable to browse the web

  1. Tap the top of the screen to verify your phone has sufficient signal strength and a wireless data connection.  
  2. Verify that cellular data is enabled.
  3. If attempting to browse via Wi-Fi, verify Wi-Fi is on and the device is connected to the desired Wi-Fi network.
  4. Clear the browser cookies and cache.
  5. Turn your phone off and back on.
  6. Try accessing a different website.
