Instructions

  • From the Start screen, tap the top of the screen to view the signal and data connection information.
     
       
    • Signal strength
      •  indicates signal strength by the number of visible bars.
      •  indicates flight mode is turned on, and a network connection is not active.
           
    • Wireless data
      •  indicates your device has a connection to AT&T's wireless LTE network.
      •  indicates your device has a connection to AT&T's wireless 4G networkk.
      •  indicates your device has a connection to AT&T's wireless EDGE data network.
           
    • Wi-Fi connection
      •  indicates a Wi-Fi network is connected.
      •  indicates Wi-Fi is turned on, but not connected.
