AT&T provides billing, network, provisioning and device feature support for all handsets, Smartphones and LaptopConnect devices sold by AT&T directly or through AT&T Authorized Retailers. AT&T may refer customers to a manufacturer for direct support if a device is not covered by the AT&T warranty or if the issue is outside of AT&T's scope of support. Customers are encouraged to contact AT&T for first tier support regarding billing, network, provisioning and device features.
