Set Up Visual Voicemail

Set up the visual voicemail feature on your device.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. Visual Voicemail allows you to play and manage your voicemail messages from an on-screen inbox, just as you would with an email account.
    Note: For security reasons, your voicemail must be set up from your AT&T wireless device and from within the AT&T coverage area.

  2. Set up traditional voicemail, making sure to note the voicemail password.
    Note: See 'Voicemail' for instructions on how to set up voicemail. Voicemail set up must be complete to perform this action.

  3. After setting up voicemail, tap the Phone tile from the Start Screen.

  4. You will be prompted to enter the visual voicemail password. Tap the Password field.

  5. Enter the voicemail password.

  6. Tap done.

  7. Visual voicemail is now ready for use.
