  1. AT&T Mobile Transfer allows you to transfer your contacts, media, messages, call records, and documents from your old phone to your new phone. With AT&T Mobile Transfer, the stuff you love and depend on won't be left behind.

  2. Check to see if both your devices are compatible.

  3. To download AT&T Mobile Transfer on your device, tap Play Store.

  4. Type AT&T Mobile Transfer into the search bar and tap AT&T Mobile Transfer.

  5. Tap INSTALL, then tap OPEN.

  6. Select the Desired direction of file transfers (from or to the phone).

  7. Connect your device by scanning the QR code on the old device with the new device.
