1. To make a call, from the home screen, press the OK key to access the menu. You can also make calls by simply entering the number and pressing the green call key.
   
2. Use the control pad to select Contacts and press the OK key.
   Note: You can also quickly access contacts from the home screen by pressing down the navigation down key.
   
3. Select the desired contact and press the OK key.
   
4. Select the desired number and press the OK key to call.
   
5. When the call is active, the call icon will display in the notification bar.
   
6. When there is a call waiting, select whether to Answer, Ignore, or Ignore with text then press the OK key.
   
7. If Ignore with text is selected, you may choose a preprogrammed response, or write your own.
   Note: To edit preprogrammed text responses, Menu > Settings > Device > Call Setup > Quick Responses
   
8. To answer an incoming call from the home screen, select Answer, Ignore, or Ignore with text and press the OK key.
