AT&T Mobile Transfer

AT&T Mobile Transfer allows you to transfer your contacts, media, messages, call records, and documents from your old phone to your new phone. To learn more, visit the AT&T Mobile Transfer website.

1. From the home screen, select the  App Store app. Search for and select AT&T Mobile Transfer > select GET > Install > OPEN.

Note: If prompted, enter your AppleID Password then select Sign In to download the app. If it is your first time opening the app, review the Data Use promt. Select desired checkboxes, then select Continue.  Review the permissions prompts and notification request. Select desired options to continue. You will only be able to transfer data that you grant the app permission to access.

2. On your old device, select From this device and follow the steps to generate a QR Code.

Note: Both your old and new devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

3. On the new device, select To this device.



4. Enter your mobile number, then select NEXT.

5. Use your new device to scan the QR Code from the old one, which links both devices. Follow the prompts to transfer your content.
