H2OpenDoors provides state-of-the-art water purification technology to villages and schools where as many as 10,000 people lack access to safe drinking water. The technology can produce over 20,000 liters of clean water a day from almost any raw water source. It is robust enough to provide the means for that village or school to go into the business of selling water, creating revenue for their basic social services. In less than four years, H2OpenDoors has installed multiple systems in northern Thailand, The Philippines, Central Mexico, Guatemala, Haiti, and Nepal. In the next several months, they will be providing more installations to Mexico and Guatemala, and installing the first system in Cuba.

ELIGIBILITY: The AT&T Good Vibes TV Fest Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York) who are enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an undergraduate or graduate college or university, age 18 years of age or older, with the exception of legal residents of Alabama and Nebraska, who must be 19 years of age or older at time of entry and legal residents of Mississippi, who must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. The Administrator of this Sweepstakes is Match MG, 728 Main St, East Aurora, NY 14052. All prize providers associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, distributors, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families and household members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each are not eligible to participate or win. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, including without limitation, its interpretation of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Mail-In: To receive one (1) entry without uploading a photo to Twitter or Instagram, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), date of birth, and email address (if available), and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: AT&T Good Vibes TV Fest / Match MG, 728 Main Street, East Aurora, NY 14052. Entries must be postmarked by November 14, 2015, and received by November 23, 2015, to be deemed eligible entries. All mail-in entries must be mailed in separately. Including the requested promotion information and language in your mail-in entry during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.
All entries will have an equal chance of winning; the quality of your posted photo (if applicable) will not increase or decrease your chances of winning a prize. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of social media channel or method used to enter. You may only use one (1) Twitter and/or one (1) Instagram username to enter this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. Any entrant found using multiple Twitter or Instagram accounts to enter or participate within this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and all of entrant’s posted Entries will be disqualified. All properly completed and Valid Entries will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only Valid Entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period herein will be eligible. Incomplete, corrupted, false, late, illegible, forged, or delayed photos or tweets will not be considered. The Released Parties are not obligated to, use, publish, display, or broadcast any Entry. Each Entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor will rely on such Entrant’s agreement and compliance with these Official Rules when entrant submits or attempts to submit the entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, violates any of their policies or the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
PRIZE AND ODDS: Ten (10) potential prize winners will be randomly drawn from among all Valid Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or about November 24, 2015. The Sponsor and/or its independent promotion organization will determine, in its/their sole discretion, which entries are deemed Valid Entries, and their decisions and the result of the drawing will be final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Valid Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive an eight (8) day / seven (7) night trip to Guanajuato, Mexico to help assist in the installation of a water filtration system and/or assist in a variety of work projects to a community in need. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($2,100.00), depending on time of travel and place of departure, and consists of:
(1) Round trip coach class air transportation for each winner departing from a major international airport nearest grand prize Winner’s residence within the U.S. (determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in its sole discretion), and arriving at an airport in to the Guanajuato, Mexico area (determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in its sole discretion)
(2) Ground transportation to and from airport, hotel, tours to view ancient pyramids and relics, and community where water filtration system will be installed
(3) Daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner each day)
(4) Three (3) night hotel accommodations in the town of San Miguel, Mexico and four (4) nights in the town of San Cristobal, Mexico, and a two (2) day leadership academy training
The total ARV for all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is: $21,000.00. Actual value of each Grand Prize trip may vary depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of booking. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within the Sponsors discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner must abide by all venue policies. Potential winner must be physically fit to participate in the prize package or will forfeit prize, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may require a health certification from potential winner’s doctor as a condition of prize acceptance. Travel will take place on or about February 11–18, 2016. Winner must be able to travel on these dates or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (for example, a valid U.S. driver’s license or valid passport) required for travel. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. In the event a Grand Prize Winner engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its/their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the applicable Grand Prize Winner home with no further compensation. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide any portion of the trip, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Limit one (1) prize per person.
Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prize will be made by H2OpenDoors. All costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, any incidental costs incurred in connection with the Prize are solely the Winner’s responsibility.
Sponsor/Administrator will determine the airline(s) and hotel in its sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor/Administrator’s sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically listed above as being provided, including, without limitation, additional ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, snacks, beverages, mini-bar, entertainment, tips, souvenirs, personal expenses, damages to hotel rooms, and any equipment to be used in connection with the Prize are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Without limiting the foregoing, flight itinerary may include one or more stops and/or layovers. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for air travel, such as photo identification. The Winner is solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. The Winner must provide their own transportation to and from the departure airport. Air travel cannot be used to accrue frequent flier miles, awards, or other perquisites. Travel and accommodation services are provided according to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider, and Sponsor, Administrator and the other Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility to the Winner or Guest with respect to the service providers.
TThe Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other prizing. The Prize is subject to availability, black-out dates, and other restrictions by each respective prize provider.
If for any reason any Prize related event is delayed, canceled, or postponed, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, but are not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in their discretion and shall award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash prize equivalent in ARV to the trip portion of the Prize as set forth in these Official Rules.
Any portion of the Prize not accepted by the Winner will be forfeited. If the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and there is sufficient time to determine, notify, and verify an alternate Winner, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner.
A potential Winner is not a recipient of the Prize until he or she has been verified as a Winner by Sponsor/Administrator. Upon finalizing all Prize arrangements for Winner and Guest, Sponsor and Administrator will be deemed to have awarded the Prize to the Winner, and Winner assumes full responsibility for the Prize. If for any reason whatsoever, Winner is unable to utilize any services or portions of the Prize after all arrangements have been made and paid, the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no further obligation to him or her. Any details related to the Prize not specified herein shall be determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion.
The value of the Prize may be taxable to the Winner as income. The Winner must supply Sponsor and Administrator with his or her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the Prize awarded. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, the Winner (as well as all other entrants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. The Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner if he or she is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a Prize as described herein.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Prize or any portion thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via Twitter or Instagram direct message or via the telephone on or about November 24, 2015, (“Prize Notification”) and will be required to respond and provide their email, full name, mailing address, date of birth, and phone number (including area code) within forty-eight (48) hours of direct message and other form of communication. Before a potential winner may be confirmed a Winner, he or she will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity / liability release (except where prohibited) and any other legal documents that Sponsor may require, including IRS Form W-9 (collectively, “Prize Verification Forms”) within fourteen (14) days of the date of initial Prize Notification, or an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check, including but not limited to criminal history on winner and to disqualify such winner based on the contents of such background check. To the extent required by law, winner shall authorize this check. Failure to authorize a background check may result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Prize Notification by email and/or Twitter or Instagram direct message shall be deemed to have occurred on the date Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee first attempts to make contact with a potential winner. If a prospective potential winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, non-response by potential winner or Sponsor’s failure to receive a response from a potential winner within the prescribed fourteen-day (14-day) period will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any Sweepstakes prizes that you may be awarded, you agree that Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising / promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including any third-party claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree to fully indemnify each Released Party from any and all such claims by third parties without limitation. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to such action. Released Parties are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Released Parties. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during Sweepstakes for clarification purposes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in the Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on a website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES CONCERNING THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS OF GEORGIA, WHICH HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION. THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, EXCLUDING ITS CHOICE OF LAWS, SHALL GOVERN ANY DISPUTE.
BINDING ARBITRATION: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (I) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY—WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION—BY BINDING ARBITRATION (BY A SINGLE NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR SELECTED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION) ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND THE SUPPLEMENTARY PROCEDURES FOR CONSUMER RELATED DISPUTES (THE “AAA RULES”) THEN IN EFFECT; (III) ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE HEARD BY ONE ARBITRATOR TO BE SELECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AAA RULES, IN DALLAS, TX; (IV) UNLESS BOTH ENTRANT AND AT&T AGREE IN WRITING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS, AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; (V) JUDGMENT UPON ANY AWARD RENDERED MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF; (VI) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ALL LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES, BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, OR AWARDS INCLUDE ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEYS' FEES OR COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, ANY INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
GOVERNING LAW: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Texas law without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws.
LICENSE / USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an entry, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Sweepstakes Entities a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional, and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit, and/or otherwise use or reuse your entry, name, photo, tweet, and/or posts and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, Match MG, Twitter, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals, or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution, and implementation of this Sweepstakes, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from user's participation in, or attempt to participate in, the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the prize or these Official Rules or for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, postage-due mail, or non-delivered entries, Twitter or Instagram direct messages, posts, tweets, photos, or e-mails; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), telephone, or other connections, availability, or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release the Released Parties, from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
