AT&T Terms of Service changes: Our updated proration policies take effect for DIRECTV, U-verse TV, AT&T Phone, AT&T Internet, or a Fixed Wireless Internet account in most states as of January 14, 2019. For AT&T Phone and AT&T Internet accounts in California, Illinois, and Michigan, our updated proration policies take effect as of July 15, 2019.

These updates don’t apply to:

• DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts in California, Illinois, and New York
  
• U-verse TV accounts in Michigan
  
• Changes like upgrading or downgrading your services, features, or accounts
  
• DIRECTV for Business accounts

The updated terms also don’t apply if you:

• Switch between:
  • DIRECTV and U-verse TV
  • DSL and AT&T Internet
  • Landline or AT&T Home Phone and AT&T Phone
• Move your current account to a new location (but a charge and corresponding credit check may apply)
