  2. Same-day replacement: Available for select devices in select areas and is subject to parts and technician availability. Claims must be filed and approved by 4 p.m. local time. Eligibility is determined at time of claim approval and is contingent on certain criteria. Same-day replacement is not available for Mobile Insurance customers.
  3. Next-day replacement: Claims approved by 6 p.m. ET, will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Non-connected or Wi-Fi® device repair and replacement generally takes 3-5 business days from the date Asurion receives the equipment (applies to Protect Advantage for 4 only). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next-day delivery.
  4. Screen repair: $29 deductible for Protect Advantage plans and $49 deductible for mobile Insurance applies. Each screen repair will count towards your claim limits. Same-day repair option depends upon claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty.   5. Battery replacement: If an eligible wireless device powers on and the battery fails to maintain an adequate charge after diagnostic testing, we will repair the eligible wireless device by replacing the battery during the extended warranty period, for as long as you are enrolled in the program.
  6. AT&T ProTechSM and AT&T Photo StorageSM apps: These apps require a compatible device with AT&T wireless service. Technical limits may prevent certain features from working on all devices. App functionality requires the phone or tablet to be powered on and connected to the internet. Accuracy, availability, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Data charges may apply. Free versions of the apps with limited features are also available. ProTech and Photo Storage apps provided by Asurion Mobile Applications, LLC.
