• Activate a new line of service and make a payment on a $65 or greater monthly plan service plan. Not applicable with the 12-month, 8GB promo plan. 
• Sign up for AutoPay in the same transaction.  
• Pay any applicable taxes.

• Phone is restricted to Prepaid service for 6 months after activation.
