When you order online, add a new line and purchase an eligible smartphone on a qualifying installment plan with an eligible plan, get a $150 AT&T Visa Reward Card

You'll need to:
- Purchase an eligible smartphone on qualifying installment plan.
- Add a new line to a new or existing account
- Have an eligible AT&T unlimited plan (min. $65/mo. after discounts for new customers. Pay $75/mo. until autopay and paperless bill discounts starts w/in 2 bills. Existing customers can add to eligible existing plans, which may be less.). AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
- Pay taxes on the full retail price up front.
- Pay a $30 activation fee
- Redeem Reward Card within 75 days of receiving email or letter with redemption instructions (must maintain active service for at least 30 days to receive instructions and until fulfillment).
After all that you'll get:
- $150 AT&T Visa Reward Card (delivered 3-4 weeks after redemption)
Note: Requires a qualifying 0% APR installment agreement (30-mo. term at up to $66.00/mo.) $0 down for well-qualified customers only, or down payment may be required and depends on a variety of factors. Down payment if required will be either 15% to 80% of device cost or a dollar amount currently ranging from $200 to $1400 (amount subject to change and may be higher). Important Notes:
- Smartphone must be new; Excludes AT&T Certified Restored
- To qualify for Reward Card, wireless line must be on an installment agreement, and remain active & in good standing for 30 days. You will receive an email or letter with redemption requirements after qualifying. Redemption is required within 75 days from reward notification email or mail date.
- You must maintain qualifying service through reward fulfillment.
- Reward Card expires at month-end 6 months after issuance.

- AT&T Visa Reward Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. No cash access. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.
- You have 14 days to exchange or return the smartphone; a restocking fee of up to $55 may apply.
- Conversions from AT&T PREPAID and Cricket wireless are not eligible.
