Return Policy for U-verse and DSL Equipment

  1. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return your order for full credit if:
  2. a. You discover you purchased an incorrect part.
    b. Your product sustained damages during shipping and handling.
    c. It is defective upon receipt.
  3. All returned orders require a return authorization code number to identify the original order and ensure proper credit is applied.
  4. The return authorization code must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for full credit.
  5. Full credit is defined as the original purchase price plus tax including any associated shipping and handling charges. Not all equipment or products require return for full credit.

Return Process for U-verse and DSL Equipment

  1. Locate your order number on your AT&T Store order or shipping confirmation emails or the original packing label prior to calling.
  2. Call 888.573.4147 Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET or Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET (closed most major holidays) to obtain your return authorization code number.
  3. If instructed, pack the equipment in the original box and send it within 30 days from the original purchase date.


We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for U-verse and DSL equipment purchases. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the revised agreement.


The appropriate state sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied to U-verse and DSL equipment purchases at the point of sale.

Shipping & Handling
