Opciones de filtración de llamadas activas

Mientras estás en una llamada activa, las siguientes opciones están disponibles:

• AJUSTAR EL VOLUMEN DE LA LLAMADA: presiona los botones de volumen en el lado izquierdo del dispositivo.
• SILENCIAR/DESACTIVAR MODO SILENCIOSO: selecciona el ícono Mute.
• MOSTRAR/OCULTAR EL TECLADO: selecciona el ícono Keypad.
• ENABLE/DISABLE SPEAKER PHONE: Select the Speaker icon.
• ADD CALL: Select the Add Call icon and follow the prompts. Para obtener información sobre llamadas de conferencia, consulta el tutorial de llamadas de conferencia.
• CONVERTIR LA LLAMADA A FACETIME: selecciona el ícono FaceTime.
• FINALIZAR LLAMADA: selecciona el ícono End call.

 

 

Poner en espera/reanudar una llamada

Al agregar una llamada se pondrá tu llamada actual en espera automáticamente. Mientras estés en una llamada de conferencia, selecciona Swap para cambiar qué llamada está en espera.

Acceder a la pantalla principal durante una llamada

While in an active call, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the home screen.

Volver a una llamada activa

Selecciona la barra de llamadas activa en Dynamic Island en la parte superior de la pantalla.

 

Note: If your iPhone does not have Dynamic Island (iPhone 14 Pro or later), select the green Active call bar at the top of the screen.

Use Hold assist

Hold Assist keeps your spot in line while you wait for a live agent and notifies the user to return to the call. iPhone will detect when you are put on hold, select Hold to begin Hold Assist. You will be notified when your call is taken off of hold.

Note: Hold Assist is enabled by default. To disable or re-enable Hold Assist, navigate to and open the aplicación Settings Settings app > scroll to and select Apps > Phone > scroll to and select the Encender Hold Assist Detection switch.
