There is no reason for your SIM card to be deactivated just for leaving your phone in airplane mode. Presuming your service wasn't suspended, there has to be some other issue. If you do get your issue resolved, be aware there is no roaming charge for received texts. Incoming texts are free. If you have WiFi calling activated, that should also work from Switzerland.
Hello, Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 5, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with moving your service to a new address.
