Sales rep and manger were unprofessional and rude. Repeatedly told they’d look into and call back, most of the time didn’t receive calls and readdressed. Promises were made to lure me to sign and in the end they didn’t honor them. I’ve documented and addressed issues with corporate office who were very professional and helpful. Hopefully something changes at this store. I believe “big” AT&T is legitimate, this local AT&T store not so much.

The last time I went in and my husband went in separately, The girls there were great! Very helpful and acted like they were interested in helping, unlike before.

- octubre 9, 20181 de 5I went in here yesterday for a JOB INTERVIEW. I came in and was polite I waited for the sales associate to finish with his customer. I was standing behind the man he was helping at his computer. When the man leaves the associate doesn’t acknowledge me at all and turns around and asks 2 people if they needed help and he pulls them to the computer not acknowledging me at all well the second associate was sitting at her computer with a friend not working or anything and not acknowledging me as well. I still waited for the man to finish he finally does and then decides to ask what I needed and as I’m in mid sentence the woman came back asking a question and the associate decides to help her again just blowing me off. I had a interview for a job at 2pm and waited in this store for 20 minutes. As a manager when you tell a person a time for a job that’s when your supposed to be there and be called back. I missed a job opportunity and I’m not happy. But then again seeing how these people are it just shows how unimportant I’d be as a worker there.

Confused me and hindsight I would not have purchased this phone. Very disappointed with the whole process. I should have researched and ordered online. Will never go to this store again
