- enero 18, 20211I was there on 1/7/21 to set up a new account. Everything went fine setting up my husband and sons phone. We were working with Zane at first which was great but then his boss moved him & gave us this woman that apparently didn't care about her job. Thanks to her carelessness I've been locked out of my Apple account and have no way of getting it back. (I've already dealt with Apple and tried recovering it several times and nothing worked) She went and erased all of my info off the phone I traded in before I was able to activate my iCloud account on my new phone. I had everything my job, kids school, kids phones, bills etc hooked up to that account. Now I have to create a new iCloud account and hope I don't get locked out of anything else because of this. Had this iPhone 12 for almost 2 weeks and haven't been able to use. I was assisted by the manager Taylor who figured out what I was doing wrong and it took less than 10 minutes! He was patient with me and made me feel like I was the only one in the store when they had people waiting to be helped. - 26 de diciembre de 20201Not impressed with company or this store. I gave my Iphone 8 to my kid, and and added a line with a new Iphone. The installment plan was put on the old phone and not the new phone. I put insurance on the old phone as it was in the hands of a teenager and low an behold, the phone breaks a year later and I find out that the insurance I was purchasing was put on the wrong phone. I try to make an appt this morning to get this all figured out because my kid needs a phone and no appts available until 4 pm this saturday evening and I drive an hour to give this store business. I want nothing more than to be done with this store and this company. I have had so much trouble with them.....I called once before for them to fix where the installment plan belongs and they tell me it can't be done!
