I am still waiting to get a credit on my account. Purchased a Note20 on a promotion in August 2019 that was suppose to be free. I spoke with several managers at this location who has lied to me stating that they would fix the problem. I recently spoke with the new manager name Shane Williams who has no customer service training or management training. He was very rude and unsympathetic. I am a dissatisfied customer, wasting my time and effort for 11 months. I was given a false commitment about a promotional offer to make a deal and buy the product, and then was cheated by asking to pay the money every month without a credit. As a customer I am going through a lot of stress and financial burden because of the false promotional offer. Being 8 years with at&t this is what I get back. If you are not able to keep up the commitment you should not be giving false promises.
I purchased the phone on Nov 30th 2019 from at&t store located at 9330 Center Lake Drive, Ste 130. It was a day after thanksgiving and the salesperson (Mr Taiheen) explained that this would be a 0$ phone and the monthly bill will be only for the phone line and data plan plus taxes. He also said that we would see a 20$ charge but it would be waived off after 2 or 3 months. We waited till March and did not see that 20$ being waived off but was charged as installment every month and the bill showed that it will be continued for 30 months. We reached out to at&t customer care, but they said it will be a store offer and we will have to go to the actual store where we purchased it. When we went to the store in March the sales person was off for the day and the manager at that time told us that they will get back to us in 2 days which never happened. The Store was closed for 2 months due to COVID and we were unable to reach anybody.
When I followed up again in May with Mr Taiheen, he said he would speak to the back office and he confirmed that there will be a credit of 120$(20$ per month) for next 6 months (Dec 2019 to May 2019) and then a credit for 20$ every month going forward. For which i replied i will be checking the next month for the credit and then will update him. This never happened and i have been following every month multiple times on this for which i never got a resolution. I have been waiting for a total of 11 months (330 days ) and the credit was never given. On October 29th yesterday when I visited the store again around 2.45 Pm and after waiting 2 hours they told me we cannot do anything on this and he said he can do maximum credit of $150 , When I was trying to ask for clarification on promise ,Follow-up he just left in-between without answering which is not expected at all . Few other Sales Persons were watching all the conversations went inside , discussed and finally one came after waiting another 35 mins and asked me to give all the issues that happened so far from account. After innumerable follow up I am going through mental stress which is affecting my health badly. - noviembre 20, 2020

I have been a loyal customer for over 20, butI am no longer happy with the service provided at this location nor with AT&T overall. The rep in the store sold me a promotion for a note 20 phone. I turned my phone in to get the new phone for free, however the salesperson failed to note the trade in the system now AT&T is charging me $1000 for this phone. I came to the office to resolve this several times. New manager is not returning calls or addressing the problem. I spoke with seemingly every department and I am getting no where. I should not have to pay for a phone that was on a free promotion. Do not purchase from this store or AT&T. Choose Verizon or any retailer except this one. - septiembre 9, 2020

Worse customer service EVER!!!!!! My nephew went n July to upgrade his service and they ended up disconnecting the wrong line on my account which cause my son(person with the other line) to have to go to a local store to get a new SIM card because of their mistake. The store manager Rob was to call me back with some kind of compensation for the many mistakes that was made that day and to this date I haven't heard from him yet, mind you I have left 4 messages for him to call me back and he still hasn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!
