Añadir o eliminar NumberSync para dispositivos Apple

Usa NumberSync para compartir el número de tu iPhone y mantenerte conectado, incluso cuando tu teléfono no esté cerca. Sincroniza tu iPhone a tu Apple Watch, iPad o Mac.

Add NumberSync

Sync and use your watch

Start using your iPhone’s wireless number on your watch1 in a few steps. (While your watch can only sync to one iPhone at a time, an iPhone can sync to up to three watches.)

  1. Place your watch and iPhone next to each other.
  2. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  3. Follow the prompts to pair and select Myself to set up your watch.
  4. Continue to follow the prompts to activate and use AT&T NumberSync® on your watch.

In addition to making calls, you can also get notices and listen to your smartphone’s voicemail on the watch.

Want device-specific instructions? Go to Device Support, select your device, and enter NumberSync in the search field. If you’re still having trouble, you can get help with NumberSync issues.

Connect to our network

Apple Watch works in three different modes:

  • Bluetooth®: The watch uses Bluetooth to communicate with your iPhone. When you make or receive a call on the watch, your iPhone makes or receives the call but sends it to the watch. The iPhone also shares its data with the watch using Bluetooth. Turning on airplane mode or turning off Bluetooth doesn’t stop this connection.
  • Wi-Fi®: When outside Bluetooth range, the watch connects to known Wi-Fi networks for data and to make and receive calls
  • Cellular: If the watch has a wireless plan and isn’t near Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, it will use our network for calls and data.

FYI: You can get text messages and iMessages on your watch. For text messages, make sure your iPhone is turned on and connected to our network or Wi-Fi. For iMessages, your phone doesn’t have to be turned on to receive messages on the watch. Just make sure iMessage is enabled.

Eliminar NumberSync

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Choose Cellular, then Pick your SIM, and then Calls on other devices.
  3. Toggle off Calls on other devices.

Note: Turning Wi-Fi Calling off disables it for all devices on your account.

Unsync watch with a wireless plan using your watch

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tab Cellular and then the info icon.
  3. Elige Manage AT&T account.
  4. Tap Unsync watch.

FYI: Unsyncing your watch doesn’t cancel the wireless plan associated with it.

Unsync watch with a wireless plan using att.com

  1. Go to Manage NumberSync devices.
  2. Choose your device and then Unsync watch.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm removal, then restart your iPhone and watch.

Heads up: Removing NumberSync doesn't cancel your phone plan. It just means your watch won't be able to use our wireless network, and we'll still bill you for monthly service. Para cancelar tu plan, contáctanos.

Unsync watch to resync to another iPhone

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap My Watch and then All Watches.
  3. Select the info icon for the watch you want to unsync.
  4. Tap Unpair Apple Watch and then Keep Plan.
  5. Wait for the process to finish before you sync your new iPhone.

Good to know: Unsyncing your watch from an iPhone returns the watch to its factory state.

NumberSync lets your iPad or Mac make and receive calls using your iPhone number. Have a data plan on your iPad? You can still use it when your phone is off or not with you.

  1. Go to your iPhone’s device settings.
  2. Tap Apps and then Phone.
  3. Select Wi-Fi Calling, turn it on, and then follow prompts to complete setup.
  4. Go back to Settings and tap Apps, then Phone.
  5. Select Calls on Other Devices and confirm Allow Calls on Other Devices is turned on.
  6. Tap Add Wi-Fi Calling for Other Devices and follow the steps until you reach the NumberSync prompt.
  7. Open the device settings on your iPad or Mac and tap FaceTime.
  8. Choose Calls from iPhone and tap Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling.

Use your iPad or Mac

  1. Enable FaceTime® on your iPhone and iPad2 or Mac, using the same Apple Account.
  2. Set the FaceTime caller ID on your tablet to the same number as your iPhone.
  3. Open FaceTime on your iPad or Mac and tap Audio.
  4. Selecciona un contacto o marca un número de teléfono.
  5. Tap the phone icon to make your call.

Eliminar NumberSync

To unsync your iPad or Mac and stop calls from going to it:

  1. Go to your iPhone’s device settings and tap Phone.
  2. Selecciona Calls on Other Devices.
  3. Look under Allow Calls On to find the iPad or Mac you want to unsync and turn it Off.

Want more help for your iPad? Get detailed steps at att.com/devicesupport, select your device, and enter NumberSync in the search field. If you’re still having trouble, you can get help with NumberSync issues.
