AT&T Wins Four U.S. Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards
Leadership in Network Performance, Voice Product Quality and Brand Quality Affirmed by Customer Ratings in ATLANTIC-ACM Report

(NYSE:T) today announced that the AT&T Wholesale organization has received four 2007 U.S. Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards from ATLANTIC-ACM, a Boston-based industry research consultancy. The awards, which are based on customer feedback, were presented on Wednesday afternoon at the COMPTEL PLUS Spring 2007 Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.

The company won awards in the following categories:
- Network performance, weighted by spending
- Quality of voice products, weighted by spending
- Brand quality, weighted by spending
- Brand quality, industry average
The awards are based on the results of the 2007 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM's Wholesale Carrier Report Card, which evaluates the performance of wholesale carriers in key delivery areas from ratings by their resale customers.
