You may cancel your AT&T TV service for any reason within 14 days of purchase without paying an Early Termination Fee (ETF). All fees and charges paid prior to cancellation shall be fully refunded. If you cancel after 14 days (except as otherwise required by state law) and are subject to a term commitment, you must pay an Early Termination Fee.
If customer fails to return the device within the 14-day period or returns a device that is damaged, customer agrees to pay a non-return fee of $120. We reserve the right to charge this fee to the payment method on file.
Device paid in full: If customer has paid for the device in full and fails to return it within the 14-day period or returns a damaged device, a refund will not be issued.
Device paid on installment plan: A full refund will be issued once the device is returned, without damage, within the 14-day time period.

You’ll be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF) if you disconnect your AT&T TV service more than 14 days after activation and you have a term commitment. The ETF is prorated and reduced for each month that your TV service is active. The applicable ETF will appear on your bill as Early Termination Fee within 3 bill periods.
