1. We'll waive the following:
For consumers

• Late payment fees for postpaid wireless, home phone, internet, U-verse TV, and DIRECTV.
• Domestic postpaid wireless plan overage charges for data, talk, or text.

For small business customers

• Late payment fees for postpaid wireless, phone, broadband, and DIRECTV.
• Domestic postpaid wireless plan overage charges for data, talk, or text.

This waiver applies to these fees or charges incurred from March 13, 2020 to June 30, 2020. You’ll see the fees or charges on your bill, but we’ll give you a credit to cover them.

2. We’ll give you up to 90 days from the date your bill first went past due or until June 30, 2020, whichever comes first, to pay your full past due balance before we disconnect your account. This is for residential and small business postpaid wireless, broadband, and home phone services.
