AT&T Passport^® packages: Eligibility: Compatible device with domestic postpaid wireless service required.

Charges: One-time charge or monthly recurring charge applies on a per-device basis. One-time charge packages are valid for 30 days beginning on the chosen effective date, may cross 2 bill periods, and expire automatically. Packages won't be prorated if canceled on or after the chosen effective date. Packages canceled prior to the effective date won’t incur the charge. Monthly recurring version of AT&T Passport requires a 2-month minimum term commitment.

Countries: Includes talk, text, and data coverage in over 200 countries listed at att.com/globalcountries. Coverage not available in all areas. Countries and rates are subject to change without notice. Mexico & Canada: If you have a domestic plan that includes Mexico or Canada, usage in these countries won’t diminish the Passport data allowance or bill Passport calling charges.

Data: Actual data speeds vary by device and location. If your domestic plan includes Stream Saver^®, or reduces video streaming speed, the same will apply to your Passport package. Data overage: If you use all your Passport package data, we’ll automatically add more data at a per GB overage rate found at att.com/passport. Monthly recurring package data allowance must be used in the bill period provided or will be forfeited.

Talk: For phones only. Per-minute charge applies to all cellular calls dialed and accepted in Passport countries. Wi-Fi calling: With Wi-Fi calling you can call back the U.S. at no additional charge. Calls to other countries, including the country you’re in, are billed at the Passport per-minute rate.

Unlimited text: For phones only. Applies only to AT&T Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and not to other messaging services or applications that use data, such as iMessage. Unless you have a domestic plan that includes unlimited text, messages received will be charged at your domestic messaging rates.

International Day Pass®: For devices with an active AT&T Passport package and International Day Pass (IDP), IDP charges will apply in IDP countries and usage in IDP countries will not diminish the Passport data allowance or bill Passport calling charges. If you prefer to use Passport in an IDP country, you must remove IDP.

Pay-per-use rates: Apply when Passport expires, when traveling in countries not included in Passport, and/or when you have not added a package.

Service restrictions: International use aboard cruise ships and airlines isn’t included. Not available for wireless home phone services, connected vehicles, or connected devices. Pay-per-use international rates, found at att.com/ppurates, will apply.

General: Subject to the Customer Service Agreement or, for business and government customers, the applicable wireless service agreement. Availability, quality of coverage, and services while roaming are not guaranteed. Additional restrictions may apply.
AT&T Passport unlimited texting: Applies only to messages sent via AT&T Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and not to other messaging services/applications. Messages received are charged at domestic messaging rates.

Cruise ship Wi-Fi options: Apply only to select cruise lines and ships. Packages cannot be sold to customers traveling on non-qualifying cruise ships / lines. Therefore, your AT&T cruise package allowances and overage rates for on-ship usage only apply when Cellular at Sea, Nor-18 or 901-18 displays on your device. Cruise package allowances and overage rates also apply off-ship, but only to the extent that you're attached to land-based cellular networks in Mexico, Canada, and select Caribbean islands, and have no other AT&T domestic and/or international calling, texting and/or data plan that supersedes those rates. Everywhere else (including where Cellular at Sea, Nor-18 or 901-18 isn’t displayed), pay-per-use rates apply, unless an additional current package offer applicable to country visited is active on the line of service. Cruise ship options are designed for use onboard cruise ships while at sea; therefore, usage onboard a cruise ship is required. The international data offer must be added to an existing domestic data plan. Messages received while roaming are billed at applicable domestic rates. Available only through AT&T Customer Care; these options aren’t currently available in store or online.
