  1. Device protection: Protect Advantage and Protect Advantage for Business are $16, $19, or $25 per month per mobile number enrolled depending on device tier. Protect Advantage Multi-Device is $50 per month and covers up to 4 eligible devices. Protect Advantage for Business Multi-Device covers up to 4 ($50/mo.), 11 ($125/mo.), or 16 ($175/mo.) eligible devices depending on coverage tier. Each Protect Advantage plan includes an unlimited number of claims, $0 unlimited screen and back-glass repairs, same-day replacement and setup, unlimited battery replacements, and ProTech expert support.

    Protect Advantage is a combination of Protect Insurance, Protect Service Contract, and ProTech. Protect Advantage Multi-Device is a combination of Protect Insurance Multi-Device, Protect Service Contract Multi-Device, and ProTech. Protect Insurance and Protect Insurance Multi-Device are underwritten by Continental Casualty Company, a CNA Company (CNA), Chicago, IL, and administered by Asurion Protection Services, LLC, (in Iowa, Lic. #1001002300; in California, Asurion Protection Services Insurance Agency, LLC, CA, Lic. #OD63161; and in Puerto Rico, Asurion Protection Services of Puerto Rico, Inc.), a licensed agent of CNA. Protect Service Contract and Protect Service Contract Multi-Device are provided by Asurion Warranty Protection Services, LLC, or one of its affiliates.

    • Maximum device value of $3,500 per claim.
    • Replacement devices may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured and may contain original or non-original replacement parts.

    • Non-refundable deductible or service fee of $25, $100, $225, $275, $300, or $400 (depending on device and plan) is required per claim based on device.

    Plans no longer sold:

    Mobile insurance: Covers one eligible device for up to two claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Monthly charge of $8.99 per enrolled number. AT&T Protect Advantage for 1 and AT&T Protect Advantage for Business for 1 includes AT&T Protect Insurance for 1 and ProTech support. Covers one eligible device for up to three claims with any consecutive 12-month period. Monthly charge of $16.00 per enrolled number. AT&T Protect Advantage for 4 and AT&T Protect Advantage for Business for 4 includes AT&T Protect Insurance for 4 and ProTech support. Covers up to four eligible devices for up to eight shared claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Monthly charge of $45 per mobile account enrolled.

  2. Same-day replacement: This benefit is available in select areas for eligible devices and is subject to parts and technician availability. Claims must be filed and approved by 4 pm. Eligibility is determined at the time of claim approval, and is contingent on certain criteria. Claims may be fulfilled with new or AT&T Certified Pre-Owned equipment of the same model or other models of like kind and quality and may be previously opened, used, refurbished or remanufactured, and/or may contain original or nonoriginal replacement parts. Colors, features and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed.
  3. Unlimited screen and back-glass repair: Newly launched devices models may not be eligible for repair. Go to phoneclaim.com/att or call 888.562.8662 to check current eligibility. Same-day repair option depends upon claim approval time and technician availability. Eligible devices and available areas are both subject to change any time. Repairs will be available for certain devices, in select locations, which are subject to change at any time.
  4. Battery replacement: Subject to eligible wireless phones outside of manufacturer’s warranty period that power on but fail to hold an adequate charge after ProTech diagnostic testing. Available for select devices in select areas. Battery replacements come with a 60-day limited warranty.
