  1. NumberSync for compatible Android® tablets: Voice calling requires smartphone on an AT&T postpaid wireless account that is set up for AT&T HD Voice.

Video calls: Must have an AT&T Video Call-capable smartphone to make or receive video calls on tablet using NumberSync.

Device limit: Sync up to 5 tablets.

Voice charges: Calls to international numbers using NumberSync are subject to international rates consistent with smartphone's plan or international option. See att.com/global for info on pay-per-use rates and available packages for international calls from the U.S. and for when you travel abroad.

Data charges: When tablet isn't connected to Wi-Fi®, voice and video calls sent or received using NumberSync count as data, and data usage rates will apply. This includes standard data rates in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) and international roaming data rates when traveling abroad.

911 calls: If location info obtained from your tablet can't find you, 911 calls will route based on the address you provide in your tablet's NumberSync settings. Not all 911 calls are supported outside the U.S., Puerto Rico, or USVI.

911 calling with TTY and Real-Time Text: Due to technical limitations, NumberSync can't be used with TTY devices and can't support 911 calls over TTY devices. Persons with communications disabilities can use Real-Time Text (att.com/RTT) as an alternative. You can reach 911 services by either: (1) calling 911 using Real-Time Text, (2) calling 911 directly using a TTY over the cellular network or from a landline telephone, (3) sending a text message to 911 directly (in areas where text-to-911 is available) from a wireless device, (4) using relay services to place a TTY or captioned telephone service (CTS) call from a wireless phone over the cellular network or from a landline telephone, or (5) using relay services to place a IP Relay or IP CTS call over a cellular data or other IP network.

Other restrictions: NumberSync doesn't support initiating calls to 211, 311, 511, or 811. Not compatible with Smart Limits, Ringback Tones, Unified Messaging, OfficeDirect, or OfficeReach.
