You may experience delays of two to five days before voice and data usage shows up in a voice and data usage category. For wireless roaming usage, which is based on call records from other carriers, these delays are normally two to ten days but could exceed 60 days. Usage information may not be available while we process your invoice based on the information in AT&T's billing system, not on your estimated usage. Minutes used may reflect airtime for voicemails and other calls for which you aren't billed. If you use minutes in excess of those available under your plan, we'll deduct excess minutes from available rollover minutes, after which we will apply a per-minute charge. Hawaii text/data users: The time stamp for your unbilled data usage may be off by up to four hours.
