For AT&T Phone and AT&T Internet accounts in California, Illinois, and Michigan, our updated proration policies take effect as of July 15, 2019.

These updates don’t apply to:

• •DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts in California, Illinois, and New York
  
• •U-verse TV accounts in Michigan
  
• •Changes like upgrading or downgrading your services, features, or accounts
  
• •DIRECTV for Business accounts

The updated terms also don’t apply if you:

• •Switch between:
  • •DIRECTV and U-verse TV
  • •DSL and AT&T Internet
  • •Landline or AT&T Home Phone and AT&T Phone
• •Move your current account to a new location (but a charge and corresponding credit check may apply)
