Data Usage & Network Management
All AT&T service is subject to AT&T’s network management policies. See att.com/broadbandinfo for details. AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
Video streaming: We aim to render streaming video in standard-definition (max speed of 2 Mbps for customers on both a 5G compatible device and rate plan, or 1.5 Mbps for other customers) though some video cannot be identified. Sometimes, other content that content providers bundle with streaming video may be impacted and slowed, including downloads. In certain situations, we may deliver video content faster or at higher definition. Details at att.com/VideoFeature. Hotspot Data: No hotspot data is provided as part of the Unlimited Day Pass.

Restrictions & Limitations
These plans are subject to fair use policies. Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, and promotions or referral programs must not be exploited through fake accounts or identities. Service duration is tied to the validity of the plan, and AT&T may suspend service without notice for violations of terms. Users may delete their eSIM at any time, but this is discouraged until after the plan expires. Deleting the eSIM terminates service, and users must repurchase a plan to regain access. Additional information may be required for regulatory compliance. eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device. This product is not covered by the AT&T Guarantee.
Additional AT&T fees and government taxes: Monthly AT&T fees apply per line and may include fees which are not government-required. Additional one-time AT&T fees may apply. Government taxes are extra. See att.com/mobilityfees for more details.
