AT&T Mobile Protection Pack program details

Mobile Protection Pack: Includes AT&T Mobile Insurance, ProTech support, and the ProTech and Photo Storage apps. Must enroll within 30 days of new activation or device upgrade unless currently enrolled in Mobile Insurance or Multi-Device Protection Pack. Monthly charges of $11.99 per enrolled number are billed directly to your wireless account. Cancel any time. Requires eligible device with active AT&T wireless plan (excluding AT&T PREPAID℠) in good working condition at enrollment. Deductibles: Standard deductibles apply and are billed to your account. Declining deductibles may apply based on eligibility. Coverage: Provides coverage for loss, theft, accidental physical or liquid damage, and mechanical or electrical malfunction after expiration of manufacturer warranty period. Claim limits: Two claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Maximum value of $1,500 per occurrence. Claims may be fulfilled with new, or AT&T Certified Restored, equipment of the same model or other models of like kind and quality. AT&T Certified Restored is previously opened and/or used equipment, which may be refurbished or remanufactured and may contain original or non-original replacement parts. Next-day replacement: Claims fulfilled with a replacement device and approved by 6 p.m. ET will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next-day delivery.

Screen repair: $49 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select areas. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for screen repair. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty from Asurion. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts, may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts, and may void the manufacturer warranty. Declining deductibles are not applicable to screen repair, and selecting screen repair option will not impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Declining deductibles: Continuously enrolled customers who remain claim-free for 6 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible and at 12 consecutive months or more save 50% off the standard deductible.
