Payment Method Storage Authorization.

By manually signing (including a manual signature captured electronically), checking the box or clicking the button below or next to the link to this Authorization during Your transaction with Us today as Your electronic signature, You authorize Us to store Your bank account, credit or debit card or other payment method (“Payment Method”) information you provide to Us today (including by swiping a credit card or debit card or scanning a voided check). You certify that You are the owner of the Payment Method or have authorization to use the Payment Method information You provide, and You are authorized, and have authority to authorize Us, to make charges to and permit Us to store the Payment Method You provide.

This Payment Method will be included in Our payment profile for You (a “Stored Payment Method”), and You may designate any Stored Payment Method to make one-time payments including initial payments from time to time or for use when signing up for automatic payments of amounts due each billing period. If You previously provided Us with payment method information that We included in Your payment profile as a Stored Payment Method, the Payment Method information You provide today will not replace and instead will be in addition to your existing Stored Payment Method or Methods.

You agree to keep the Payment Method information You provide today up to date. You can update (e.g., give Us a new card expiration date) the Payment Method information You provide today by logging into Your online account with AT&T or calling AT&T Support. You acknowledge that We may obtain updated information regarding the Payment Method information You provide today from Your financial institution.

Revocation.

This Authorization will remain in effect until revoked by You or AT&T. You may revoke this Authorization by logging into Your online account with AT&T or calling the customer support number on Your bill, which revocation will take effect if and when AT&T has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

General.

You release AT&T from any and all claims arising from this Authorization. Please print or save to Your computer, tablet, smartphone or other device a copy of this Authorization for Your records.
