Important information about your existing service
You are probably wondering about how this merger will impact your wireless service. AT&T wants to assure you that you do not need to make any changes to your current service at this time if you do not wish to do so. Your phone number and rate plan will not change. Your mobile phone will continue working so you can keep connecting with friends and family over your current network. There have been no changes to your Customer Care contact numbers, your billing, or how you make your payments.

Upgrade your current phone?
You can upgrade your phone and select a new one from the best selection of devices. An upgraded phone may require a new two-year agreement depending on the plan you choose. Visit an AT&T store today and we will be happy to show you all your options. Find a store near you.
Change your current rate plan?
If you would like to switch to AT&T service and select a new rate plan, you can do so at an AT&T retail store. When you select your new AT&T rate plan, you get great value with features like A-List with Rollover®, which gives you unlimited calling to up to 10 numbers on any network nationwide (including landlines) and lets you keep your unused Anytime Minutes. Need to add another line to your account? You can switch to AT&T service and select a new FamilyTalk® plan. To do so, visit an AT&T store and we'll be glad to help you. Find a store near you. You will not be able to add new lines to your existing Centennial account.
