    You can find your User ID here or select Forgot User ID on the myAT&T sign-in page. You’ll need to provide the email address associated with that ID. If you can’t remember the email address, select Forgot contact email here.

     

    If you can’t find the account you’re looking for when you sign in, you may have more than one User ID. The Forgot contact email section will allow you to search for your User IDs using additional details.

  • How is AT&T supporting customers?

    We’re proud to support our customers. From March 13, 2020 to June 30, 2020, if you let us know you’re unable to pay your bill as a result of COVID-19, we will:

    • •  Not terminate postpaid wireless, home phone, or broadband service on a residential or small business account.
    • •  Waive any late payment fees for postpaid wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business, U-verse TV, or DIRECTV customers.
    • •  Waive domestic postpaid wireless plan overage charges for data, voice, or text for residential or small business wireless customers .
    • •  Keep our public Wi-Fi hotspots open for anyone who needs them.

    Experiencing economic hardship related to COVID-19? Have your user ID and password handy and submit a waiver form to let us know. Then, make payment arrangements for your past due balance.

     More ways we’re helping:

    • •  More mobile hotspot data – Through June 30, we’re automatically increasing mobile hotspot data by 15GB a month for each line on an unlimited plan that currently includes a monthly tethering allotment. Learn how to setup your mobile hotspot
    • •  Connecting Service Men and Women - We’re helping keep our military and their families connected during this difficult time. We’ve worked out an agreement with the Navy Exchange Command that allows military personnel stationed on selected Navy ships to make calls to their loved ones through June 30 at no cost to the Navy or its sailors. Additionally, to assist military personnel in Guam we’re waiving Guam-based international roaming charges for AT&T Mobility accounts through May 31 and retroactively to April 1.
    • •  Unlimited AT&T home internet – All AT&T consumer home internet and Fixed Wireless Internet customers can use unlimited internet data through June 30. 
    • •  Access from AT&T - We continue to offer internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 a month through our Access from AT&T program. We’ve expanded eligibility to the program to households participating in the National School Lunch Program and Head Start. We are currently offering new Access from AT&T customers two months of free service through May 24.

  • How is AT&T PREPAID supporting customers?

    We're working to make sure you have the connectivity you depend on. Because we're a prepaid service, we don't charge late fees. If you need flexibility on your AT&T PREPAIDSM plan, we offer daily and per-minute plans that may suit your needs.

    To keep you connected, we’re also offering additional help through May 13, 2020. These include:

    • •  An automatic 10GB a month of additional data for 60 days is being added temporarily to existing customers’ capped phone plans and for new customers who activate capped phone plans on or before April 26 (excludes $15/2GB capped phone plan Limited Time Offer and data only plans). New customers activating capped phone plans between April 27 - May 13 will temporarily receive an extra 10 GB of additional data for 30 days.
    • •  A limited time offer of $15 per month for 2GB of data with unlimited talk and text will be available to new and existing customers with no activation fee. To get started on the $15 limited time offer, just visit www.att.com/prepaid or use the myAT&T app.
    • •  Customers with an Unlimited Plus plan with Mobile Hotspot data and new customers who activate on the Unlimited Plus plan on or before April 26, will temporarily receive 10GB of additional Mobile Hotspot per month for 60 days. New customers who activate between April 27 – May 13 will temporarily receive an additional 10GB of data for 30 days.

  • Will AT&T waive late fees or data overage charges if I am impacted by COVID-19?

    If you let us know you’re having trouble paying your bill due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, we'll waive:

    • •  Any late payment fees for postpaid wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business, U-verse TV, or DIRECTV customers.
    • •  Domestic postpaid wireless plan overage charges for data, voice, or text for residential or small business wireless customers.

    Have your user ID and password ready and submit a waiver request.

    This waiver applies to these fees or charges incurred from March 13, 2020 to June 30, 2020.

    You may see the fees or charges on your bill. If so, we’ll give you a credit to cover them in 1-2 billing cycles.

  • How can I optimize my wireless plan and devices for work, study, and play?

    Current wireless customers

    Sign in to att.com or myAT&T to upgrade, change, and add select AT&T services to your existing account:

    • 1. Sign in to your account.
    • 2. Go to Account overview.
    • 3. If you have more than 1 account, choose the one you want to change.
    • 4. Select Change or Manage my plan.
    • 5. Do one of the following:
        • • View your current plan.
        • • Change plan.
    • 6. Follow the prompts to finish up.

    Create a personal hotspot

    A Mobile Personal Hotspot allows you to share your mobile data connection with other devices like laptops and tablets.  All you need is a capable device and a compatible wireless plan.

  • Are AT&T retail stores open?

    Select retail stores will stay open Monday through Saturday with reduced hours. To ensure proper social distancing, we're limiting the number of customers allowed in our stores at the same time and offering curbside pickup for online orders at open AT&T stores for existing customers.

    We encourage existing wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse TV, and internet customers to use myAT&T for upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting. This will allow us to focus on critical customer needs in-store.

  • Are technicians still making appointments?

    AT&T cares about the health of our customers and employees, and we’re being cautious.

    Therefore, we'd like to let you know that our technicians may not enter your home if anyone there is: sick or quarantined; has traveled to a high-risk Level 3 country (see CDC list) in the last 14 days (including changing planes or trains there); or has been in close contact with anyone with coronavirus or who has traveled to or through a high-risk country in the last 14 days.

  • What delivery options are available?

    We’ve modified our delivery options to help provide a safe environment. For online orders, in addition to free shipping we now offer free curbside pickup for existing customers.

    Curbside Pickup at open AT&T stores
    Existing customer can select Curbside Pickup in your cart at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email to let you know. When you arrive, we’ll walk your order out to you.
